Regulus knows he rules, but then he is the only floof. Not that he doesn’t make sure his kingdom is safe from interlopers like the neighbor’s “feral” cat, Clawed (named by my husband after the knockdown, drag out fights the two often have),

LOL – Regulus seems like such a character. I think every floof knows the rules but some deign to ignore them; they are a floof and rules are a human conceit. Cheers
