Monday’s Wandering Thought

Dress? Who cares. I’m pushing 70 and I have no one to impress. Look neat and clean and shower daily. No such thing as a jacket and tie here in NC.
Foods? Now that’s a different story. No problems with BP or cholesterol. Heart is good but an ongoing battle with post surgical prostate cancer. Eat what you like and like what you eat. Drink wine at any possible moment. And get those beets outta here!!
