FISS – (floofinition) – Floof Impaired Sleep Syndrome; condition where rest is disrupted by animals. Usually associated with housepets.

Regulus certainly causes FISS despite the fact that we have purchased a Floof-Mate (Cat Mate), which delivers food at certain (programed) times throughout the night. He will paw, then claw, then bite to wake me so that I can feed him. I stumble into the kitchen, and dish out the food from the Floof-Mate before returning to bed. Yes, I suffer from FISS, too. TMI
