Aquafloof (floofinition) – a housepet who enjoys water. Note: feline and canine aquafloofs are respectively commonly called aquacats and aquadogs.
In use: “Wherever, whenever water was turned on, the dog, born from a liaison between a beagle and a collie, galloped in. If he wasn’t restrained, he leaped into the water – bath, lawn sprinklers, whatever. The aquafloof could never get enough of water.”
IttyBitty takes showers: she stands up under the water… and then goes to the other end of the tub to groom the water out of her fur, because she IS a cat, after all.

Before there was Flash, there was Bearcat. Bearcat loved water and could stare at a dripping faucet for hours, dipping her paw into the water every so often. She also could stare into a sinkful of water and do the same.
“Where does it come from and where does it go?” she seemed to be thinking (or maybe that was just my interpretation. ~nan

That’s definitely an aquafloof. Papi might be related to her. Whenever water is turned on, he comes running to inspect the situation and examine the drains.
