For no particular reason other than that I like this song, I was just streaming this and singing it aloud while I was doing things in the house the other day, and thought I’d put it up as today’s theme music.

I played this CD often when I lived in Germany. Loved cranking this song up to hear it. Good song to listen to while sipping a beverage and having a smoke.

I forgot to mention the reason I got into Chris Rae was from his song Texas. In the beginning of the video you see a woman taking picture frames from the wall, and one has El Paso on it. I thought that was a great touch. But that’s just me, because I’m from Texas, El Paso specifically. lol

Texas is a favorite! Yes, he has a great voice, and I enjoy his guitar style. I also think many of his songs seem like essays set to music.
