Floofhound (1) (Definition): A cat who thinks it’s a dog.
Floofhound (2) (Definition): A dog who acts like a cat.
Floofhound (3) (Definition): A loyal cat who follows you everywhere.
Floofhound (4) (Definition): A person who really, really, really enjoys the company, images, and stories about cats.
Three of the four definitions apply in this family. We don’t have a dog so you figure it which of these three apply. ~nan

My cat Ashley is definitely a floofhound; she likes to play fetch with sticks.

I love that when encountered with cats. Is she a breed known for being smart and playing games?

No idea; she’s not any specific breed, just some sort of generic American shorthair. Given how common unofficial “Pixie-bobs” (domestic cats who are part bobcat) are in Kentucky, though, she’s almost certainly at least part bobcat (although she’s a normal size, unlike the “tiny puma” my brother used to have). Pixie-bobs are known for being smart and somewhat “doglike.”
