Today I read that Noem is getting moved to be the special envoy to “The Shield of the Americas” which sounds like something from Marvel. Right after that I read that he’s been using the term “Donroe Doctrine” and… you can’t make this shit up. (Last time it was a wall of text from me, this is more like a garden border. 🙂 )
