  1. Aw yis. A lot of people romanticise writing too much and think it’s a life of staring out windows and magically producing manuscripts at the end of the day. But blue-collar work is a great way of putting the mundane, everyday life of writing. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Thanks for reading and commenting. Usually, when I’m staring out the window while writing, I’m thinking, “Should I get something to eat? I don’t know…is it too early for lunch? But I just ate. Is something wrong with me? Feels like I’m hungry all the time. I could go for a nice pastry, though. Maybe another cup of coffee. Then I’ll write. Yes, I’ll eat, and then I’ll write.” It’s the writer’s diet.
