Science fiction, fantasy, and mystery writer. Singer (sorry, no shows) & nudist (in my home). Beer, cat, cheese, coffee, pie and wine friend. Left IBM and Silicon Valley for the southern Oregon life but I miss the ocean. We're too far inland. Gotta move.

This was my main reason to take SF a.s my main reading material when I decided youth books weren’t interesting me, about 9 or 10 I guess. The only books I could get at the time were from the lib’ary, the first aisle I walked down was the SF aisle and so I read every book on the sheldin ranndom order. The first title thatcaught my eye was The Ant Men. The storylinerel, from some unknown place called Australia. No idea what the storyline as, but it was’nt prissy boys solving crimes adults could not solve.

I was drawn to that, too, although I didn’t realize it at the time. I’m impressed that you read them in order. I was very random, working my way through covers, authors, ideas. Cheers

i thought about random, but I decided I might miss some good stories that were there. Gotta admit, I read some awful stuff. But it woke my mind to adventure, fact or fiction. Jill tells me I led a fiction-sounding real life story.
i never thought it was very interesting to anyone but me.
