Catnetic

When a person, object or activity consistently draws a cat’s attention, it’s said to be catnetic. 

In example:

Michael’s weeding activity is catnetic. Not only does it draw his four felines as catators, but Pepper, Buddy and Princess from the neighbors’ homes as well.
