Discover Portugal’s most talented Street Artists

I love this street art. I couldn’t decide on a favorite, and would prefer to wander the city and view them all a few times. Thanks to streetart360.net for bringing these to us across the lovely worldwide web.

The Energies

He doesn’t want to be with her, because she’s crazy.

He avoids being with him, because he’s sick, and he doesn’t want to catch whatever he has.

She must be avoided, because her neediness exhausts him.

He can’t stand being with them, because their smugness enervates his Chakras and burns down his soul, and they must be ducked because their ignorance diminishes his joy.

So he tramps around by himself, struggling to find the right energy between the buildings and trees, and praying to the sun for help.

If Only

If only there was more time

If only he hadn’t had a gun

If only she hadn’t said what she did

If only he’d walked away

If only they’d never met

If only they could do it all over again

If only it hadn’t begun

How to Research a Location You Haven’t Actually Been To

I enjoy blogs like this, that suggest ideas for how to do things, and stimulate your thinking about how to accomplish things like researching locations.

I’m a fan of Google Earth, myself, but I’ve found that Instagram and other social media sites are excellent resources. One of my most successful approaches is to Google a location and look at the images. After finding some that intrigue me, I search back to the source. There’s often a blog post or article attached with more details and explanation.

Floofinator

Floofinator (Definition): A feline that is dangerous to strings, flies, moths, spiders, water bottle rings, buttons, lids, bobby pins, blueberries, grapes, foil balls, lint, and other small game.

In Use: “Rocky was a powerful floofinator, pouncing on every spider, moth or flying insect that came his way, batting it until resistance and flight ceased, and then batting it a few more times, to ensure the job was done.”
