Xenofelina (Catfinition): From the ancient cat, xeno, meaning strange, and felina, cat, xenofelina means an unfamiliar cat.
In Use: “A xenofelina, gray with a white ruff and dainty white mittens, crept into the back yard. Ears up and eyes wide, the home cats initiated a Defense Emergency, with Boo meowing like an angry air raid siren.”
We currently have a xenofelina of nearly the same fur color/pattern as the one you describe. He’s a fluffy thing with a cute meow and the habit of following me every time I venture out of the house… Neighbor Guy feeds him (as he feeds every unhoused cat who comes along), and I’m hoping eventually Fluff will get himself adopted.

Yes, I feed such creatures. My wife claims I’ve never met a cat who wasn’t hungry. Hope Fluff finds a home.
