Floofpire

Floofpire (floofinition) – Animal who seems to suck the energy out of others.

In use: “The lab puppy was so energetic, racing around without pause, gobbling down food (and often stealing it), exhausting them all (including the cat and other dogs), they sought remedies for the floofpire, which amounted to a regimen of training, walking, and playing.”

UFloof

UFloof (floofinition) – Irish floof rock (flock) band formed in the late 1970s, who remain active and touring.

In use: “Although demonstrating floof punk (flunk) tendencies in their early years, UFloof evolved into a floofstream band, counting tunes such as “With or Without Floof”, “Mysterious Floofs”, and “Floofday Bloody Floofday” among their many popular songs.”

Floof Ranger

Floof Ranger (floofinition) 1. An animal that enjoys prowling, or is consistently on the prowl.

In use: “Bert and Ernie looked identical, but Beagles from different mothers, were waaay different in personality; Bert was a floof ranger, on the hunt for dropped food, while Ernie preferred to let Bert do the work and then race over to join in.”

2. Floof Bay hard rock band formed in 1979 and popular throughout the eighties.

In use: “Among Floof Ranger’s hits was “(You Can Still) Claw in America”, an amusing song about cats written and performed by the all-canine band.”

Floofgilist

Floofgilist (floofinition) – Animal who frequently fights.

In use: “Ethel, a little Yorkie, was great friends with the family cats and dogs, (along with the direct neighbors’ cats), but let any animal from outside her select circle enter her yard, and she was a little floofgilist, attacking and fighting them all.”

Stealers Floof

Stealers Floof (floofinition) – Scottish floof rock (flock) group active and popular in the 1960s.

In use: “Stealers Floof (sometimes written as Stealer’s Floof) is most known for a song called “Stuck in the Middle with Me”, a jaunty song about house pets that won’t give their people a minute of peace or solitude.”

Twisted Floof

Twisted Floof (floofinition) – American hard floof rock (flock band) originally from Floof Jersey, but more recently citing Floof Island as home.

In use: “Twisted Floof’s songs, “We Are Gonna Take It” and “I Wanna Run”, have long been recognized as rebellious anthems appealing to adolfloofents.”

Whitefloof

Whitefloof (floofinition) – Hard floof rock (flock) band prominent in the late 1970s and throughout the 1980s, known for their ballads and power chords.

In use: “Whitefloof’s most well-known song among floofs is likely, “Here I Floof Again” (1982), which was a major hit in the U.S.A.”

Floofertainment

Floofertainment (floofinition) – 1. Diversion or amusement provided by animals, especially pets, live or via recorded or printed media.

In use: “Floofertainment often ends up with people wondering just what the animals are thinking, or becoming surprised by the animals’ apparent intelligence.”

2. Activities animals use to divert or amuse themselves.

In use: “Many housepets go to the house windows for floofertainment, watching squirrels, birds, and other animals running around or flying past, sometimes becoming as excited and jubilant as an NFL fan watching their team score.”

The Stone Floofs

The Stone Floofs (floofinition) – A floof rock (frock) band hailing from Floofchester, England, formed in 1983.

In use: “The Stone Floofs song, “Fur Sheds”, is considered one of the greatest comeback songs for any frock band in history.”

Floofpisode

Floofpisode (floofinition) – A  usually brief unit of action done by an animal or witnessed that’s part of a larger series of actions or behavior.

In use: “In the latest floofpisode, the cat entered the room, walked straight across to where the dog was sleeping, swatted him on the head, turned and walked back out.”
