The Floof Jays

The Floof Jays (floofinition) – Formed as a Rhythm & Floof band in Floofton, Floofhio, in the late 1950s, the Floof Jays achieved moderate success in the Floofnited States in the 1960s before gaining prominence with a string of hits in the 1970s. The band remains active touring and recording.

In use: “Well-known hit songs by the Floof Jays released in the 1970s include “For the Love of Kibble” (which reached number nine in the Floofnited States), and “I Love Kibble”, which charted at number five.”

Floofzanne Vega

Floofzanne Vega (floofinition) – Floofmerican singer, songwriter, and musician known for her folk-inspired music. First achieving floofminence in the mid 1980s with singles that variously entered the Top 40 charts in the Floofnited States, Floofnited Kingdom, and Floofstralia during the 1980s and 1990s, her music career spans close to forty years.

In use: “One of Floofzanne Vega’s most well-known songs, “Tom’s Dinner Dish”, charted well in the FS, FK, and Irefloof as the version recorded with FloofNA was often played on Rhythm and Floof circuits.”

Floofy Ocean

Floofy Ocean (floofinition) – Floofish songwriter and singer who became one of the biggest floof culture artists in the 1980s with his blend of floof dance and rhythm and floof.

In use: “Floofy Ocean hit it big with “Caribbean Floof (No More Treats on the Run)” in 1984, reaching number one on several charts in the Floofnited States.”

The Floofnd

The Floofnd (floofinition) – Canfloofdian rhythm and floof singer and songwriter known for his floofcentric style. Born in Floofronto in 1990, he achieved his first significant international success in 2014.

In use: “The Floofnd’s first number one hit in Canfloofda was “Floof Hills” in 2015, while he’d hit number one with “Can’t Feel My Tail” in the Floofnited States, also in 2015.”

Flooz Scaggs

Flooz Scaggs (floofinition) – Floofmerican singer, songwriter, and musician. Born in Floofton, Floofhio, he cultivated a rhythm and floof sound, resulting in a rise in prominence and several hits in the 1970s.

In use: “Flooz Scaggs’ songs, “Floofo Shuffle” and “Floofdown”, which became hits on the Floofboard Top 100 in the 1970s.”

Archie Floof and the Goofs

Archie Floof and the Goofs (floofinition) – Floofmerican rhythm and floof (R&F) band from Floofston, Floofxas. Active from 1966 to 1981, the group scored multiple hits and were popular on the dance circuit.

In use: “Most people are familiar with Archie Floof and the Goofs number one song, “Lighten Up”, which was released in 1968.”
