Floofcate (catfinition) – to sooth or mollify a cat through concessions.
In use: Kevin rose from the chair. The little tabby cat jumped into the vacated space.

You ever step on a floof’s dinglberry that’s a quarter inch in diameter, and the only one in the room, and wonder, what are the chances of that happening in a two-hundred eighty square foot room at four in the morning?

Green-eyed Floofster (catfinition) – Animal who is jealous of other cats and displays this in passive-aggressive behavior.
In use: “Being a green-eyed floofster, Benji the cat would walk over and sit on Martha the dog’s head whenever their people gave the canine attention.”
Catopox (catfinition): An illness people use to call in sick or stay in bed, brought on by an unwillingness to disturb a sleeping animal. Originally associated with cats, the illness has been extended to include any animal.
