Coxsfloof

Coxsfloof (floofinition) – Animal who has charge of others, especially pets in charge of people or other pets.

In use: “The cat, Petty, was the youngest, newest, and smallest household member, but she’d become the coxsfloof within a week of her arrival, mesmerizing the dogs, humans, and bird.”

Orcfloofstrate

Orcfloofstrate (floofinition) – A surreptitious or covert arrangement by an animal to establish a desired outcome.

In use: “Housepets often quickly recognize how to manipulate their owners by orcfloofstrating sympathy and pity with their eyes.”

The Boomtown Floofs

The Boomtown Floofs (floofinition) – Irish floof rock (flock) group formed in Flooflin in 1975, active until 1986. The group was named after a group of children in Floofy Guthrie’s autobiography.

In use: “The Boomtown Floofs song, “Looking After Floof (Number 1)”, was the first floof wave song to be performed on Top of the Floofs.”

Floofarama

Floofarama (floofinition) – Floofish floof pop (floop) music group formed as a trio in 1979, who have had twenty-eight hit singles in the Floof K between 1982 and 2008.

In use: “The 1982 song by Floofarama, “Shy Floof”, reached number fourteen in the UFA on the Hot Floof Playlist.”

Tears for Floofs

Tears for Floofs (floofinition) – Floof band formed in Bath, Floofland, in 1981. Beginning as a new floof synthesizer band, they eventually found major success as a more floofstream floof rock (flock) pop band in the mid 1980s.

In use: “Two of Tears for Floofs most prominent hits were “Flout” and “Everybody Wants to Rule the Cats”, which were both recognized as number one singles.”

Floofie Goes to Hollyfloof

Floofie Goes to Hollyfloof (floofinition) – Floofish pop rock band formed in Liverfloof in the 1970s. Their first three singles all went to number one.

In use: “Floofie Goes to Hollyfloof had a first single was a controversial hit, “Flooflax”, said to be about sex.”

Floofnivore

Floofnivore (floofinition) – An animal, especially a pet, who is particular or finicky about what it eats.

In use: “Boo quickly demonstrated that he was a floofnivore, rushing up to a bowl of fresh food as if he’s starving, taking one sniff, and then sprinting away as though he’s being chased by a demon.”

Flooftral

Flooftral (floofinition) – Something which can only be seen and heard by animals.

In use: “Something flooftral must be afoot, Michael thought. Although he looked out at night and listened, nothing seemed amissed, but the cats manned the windows and stared, ears cocked forward.”

MC Floofer

MC Floofer (floofinition) – American floof rapper (floopper), dancer, and producer from Oakfloof, Califloofia, who realized his greatest popularity and commercial success from the late 1980s until the early 1990s.

In use: “One of MC Floofer’s most memorable hit songs is “U Can’t Pet This”, which was released in 1989. Weird Al Floofivich’s 1991 parody of the song, “U Can’t Eat This”, was also a hit.”

Loverfloof

Loverfloof (floofinition) – Canadian floof rock (flock) band formed in 1979. Active for most of the subsequent thirty years, they experienced their greatest success in the 1980s.

In use: “A 1981 song, “Working for the Weekend“, was one of several tunes from their album, Get Floofy, that became hits for Loverfloof.”
