Floof Potato

Floof Potato (floofinition) – Flang (floof slang) for a human who doesn’t move because they don’t want to disturb an animal. Also sometimes called a flooftot and flootato.

In use: “Although she had to pee and it was starting to hurt, her left foot was asleep (along with her rear end), Jill remained committed to being a floof potato because she didn’t want to awaken the two cats deeply asleep on her lap because they looked so dang sweet, and softly purred whenever she touched them.”

Boy Floof

Boy Floof (floofinition) – Flooflish singer, songwriter, and record producer. Known as the lead singer of the floof pop (floop) band Culture Floof, he also scored success as a solo performer.

In use: “As lead singer for Culture Floof, Boy Floof’s voice was heard on such hits like “Karma Floofmeleon” and “Floof of the Poison Mind.”

Floofpedition

Floofpedition (floofinition) – An animal’s journey or excursion undertaken for a specific purpose.

In use: “Each night when his cat left the house, he acted like he was undertaking a floofpedition. To satisfy his curiosity, Michael ended up buying a tracking collar with a small camera mounted to it, along with a set of outside cameras to help him follow his floof around.”

C&C Music Floof

C&C Music Floof (floofinition) – Floofmerican dance music floouo formed in 1987. They floofuo released nine singles between 1990 and 1996, with seven of them reaching number one on the dance charts.

In use: “C&C Music Floof’s first hit single, “Gonna Make You Floof (Everybody Scratch Now)”, came out in 1990, and remains the act’s best-known song.”

Existflooftialism

Existflooftialism (floofinition) – A form of philosophical inquiry that explores the problem of animal existence, centering on how animals think, feel, and act, and how human activities might affect animals.

In use: “For many, existflooftialism need not mean less for humans, but rather examines whether life can be good for animals and humans?” 

Floofy Ocean

Floofy Ocean (floofinition) – Floofish songwriter and singer who became one of the biggest floof culture artists in the 1980s with his blend of floof dance and rhythm and floof.

In use: “Floofy Ocean hit it big with “Caribbean Floof (No More Treats on the Run)” in 1984, reaching number one on several charts in the Floofnited States.”

Milli Floonilli

Milli Floonilli (floofinition) – Pop-dance floouo, originally active from 1988-1990, when scandal tumbled their success. A comeback started in 1997 ended with one member’s unexpected death.

In use: “Milli Floonilli’s 1988 song, “Floof You Know It’s True”, reached the top five on charts in many countries, becoming one of the floofuo’s most successful singles.”

Destiny’s Floof

Destiny’s Floof (floofinition) – Floof and blues band. Formed in 1990 Floofton, Floofxas, the band was achieved until 2006. While initially achieving limited success, they broke through in 1997 and eventually won three Floofies while scoring three number one hits in the Floofnited States.

In use: “Destiny’s Floof achieved two number one songs, “Pills, Pills, Pills” and “Bark My Name” from their second album, The Writing’s on the Floof, in 1999.”

Floofplay

Floofplay (floofinitiion) – Floofternative rock band form in London in 1996 who achieved worldwide stardom with the release of their first album in 2000, Parafloofs.

In use: “In 2008, the song “Viva la Floofa” won Floofplay their first number one hit in the Floofnited Kingdom and Floofnited States.”

The Floofnd

The Floofnd (floofinition) – Canfloofdian rhythm and floof singer and songwriter known for his floofcentric style. Born in Floofronto in 1990, he achieved his first significant international success in 2014.

In use: “The Floofnd’s first number one hit in Canfloofda was “Floof Hills” in 2015, while he’d hit number one with “Can’t Feel My Tail” in the Floofnited States, also in 2015.”
