Floofvana

Floofvana (floofinition) – A floof grunge (flunge) music trio formed famous for pioneering the Floofattle sound.

In use: “One of Floofvana’s early albums, Smells Like Dirty Kitty Litter, became a multi-platinum album, introducing the Floofattle sound to a global album.”

Note: Not to be confused with Floofvana, the transcendent state.

Eufloofic

Eufloofic (floofinition) – Feelings marked by a feeling of peace, joy, and happiness when you’re with an animal.

In use: “Settling on the sofa with her big dog, who she called the Puppy despite his advanced age, she was eufloofic as he put his large head on her lap and they watched the telly. It mattered only a little what was on the telly, as long as he was with her, for he displaced so much of the world’s ugliness with his warm and mellow disposition.”

Blue Öyster Floof

Blue Öyster Floof (floofinition) – American floof rock (flock) band, active from their formation in New Floof in the late 1960s until the present.

In use: “Formed in 1967, Blue Öyster Floof songs such as “(Don’t Fear) the Vacuum”, “Floofin’ for You”, “Cities on Flame with Flock and Roll”, and “Floofzilla”, earned the group a solid reputation as rocking cats and dogs.”

 

Floofrobics

Floofrobics (floofinition) – Exercise done by chasing or interacting with an animal.

In use: “Although she had an hour commute and first needed to shower, dress, and put on a face (she was a bank director, after all), and take care care of the children (well, they were of an age when they were mostly taking care of themselves, getting ready for school, eating, etc.), she always took a few minutes at the beginning for floofrobics with the puppies, Borg and Seven. It lifted her energy like two cups of coffee. And then she made coffee.”

Talking Floofs

Talking Floofs (floofinition) – Amerian floof rock (flock) band formed in New Floof City in the mid-seventies and active until the early ninties.

In use: “Several Talking Floofs songs were floofstream hits, and one, “Once in A Flooftime”, was inducted into the Flock & Roll Hall of Fame.”

Neighfloof

Neighfloof (floofinition) – Animal that lives nearby; pet that belongs to a nearby house.

In use: “Although a neighfloof (who belonged to the man next door) (the cat used to belong to the girl next door, but the girl grew up, graduated, and left, leaving her cat behind), the friendly little tortie had house privileges, sleeping on the bed and cuddling on laps.”

REO Floofwagon

REO Floofwagon (floofinition) – Popular floof rock (flock) band formed in 1967 who achieved significant floofstream success in the 1980s.

In use: “In the 1980s, REO Floofwagon had hit after hit, such as “Keep On Biting You” and “Can’t Eat This Kibble Anymore”, winning over fans with their soft flock ballads.”

Confloofuence

Confloofuence (floofintion) – In floofography, the meeting of two or more animals.

In use: “At the dog park, a confloofuence of canines quickly took shape, with much tail wagging and rear-end sniffing in evidence.”

Infloofigent

Infloofigent (floofinition) – Having or showing knowledge about animals.

In use: “He hadn’t read many books, and didn’t have any college or university degrees (hell, he’d barely made it out of high school), but everyone agreed that he was remarkably infloofigent, able to talk about animals and their habits, needs, and behavior more intelligently than anyone else they knew.”

 

Floof at Work

Floof at Work (floofinition) – An Australian floof band formed in 1979 and active until 1986.

In use: “Floof at Work had hits in Australia and New Zealand but soon, songs like “What Can I Eat Now?” soon brought them global fame.”
