Floofmaster

Floofmaster (floofinition) 1. Animal which is in charge of, or controls, people, or other animals.

In use: “Sherman was a small dog with a deep bark, a large heart, and immense fearlessness, attributes which led him to being an unquestioned floofmaster, instilling neighborhood order, breaking up fights, and fostering friendships.”

2. A person who effectively bridges gaps with animals with words and actions.

In use: “Introduced to animals at a young age, Jill was soon a floofmaster who could calm animals and instill trust, leading her to home the most recalcitrant of animals, animals which would otherwise never know a home.”

Floofophile

Floofophile (floofinition) – A person who greatly admires animals, or favors them in dealings.

In use: “After being friendly with animals for most of his life and a true felinophile since he was a boy, Chas met a woman with dogs and birds, and was overnight a floofophile forever.”

Floofée Fixe

Floofée Fixe (floofinition) – an animal that dominates a person’s mind, especially for a prolonged period, sometimes becoming a floofsession.

In use: “Gavin spotted the big, skinny dog with matted white fur several times at dusk. Gaining the name, Ghost, because of the circumstances of when she saw him, he rapidly became a floofée fixe as she started watching for him, leaving food and water for him, and then developing plans to catch and save him.”

Floof-fi

Floof-fi (floofinition) Fiction focused on animals and their struggles, lives, and relationships.

Floofenriched

Floofenriched(floofinition) Experiences, lives, or individuals improved by the presence of, participation of, or interactions with, animals.

In use: “During the COVID-19 pandemic, many individuals found that animals in the house floofenriched their cloistered existence, and adoptions rose sharply.”

Panfloofual

Panfloofual (floofinition) – Not limited in choice or preference to one species or breed of animal.

In use: “Although people are professed cat or dog lovers, abundant households have people, especially children, who are panfloofual, playing with and loving birds, fish, lizards and reptiles, and guinea pigs and hamsters, among many, many other species.”
